In August and December of 2022, I emailed Luke, the person in possession of this tape, at two of his email addresses I'd seen shared online.
This concert was recorded by Luke's uncle. I hope to collaborate with either of them to help preserve this recording, and if possible get a high quality transfer of the master tape.
I plan to do whatever I can to help, should he respond to my email, though I explained the huge rarity of his tape and tried to hopefully make things as encouraging as possible.
I imagine his free time may be limited since he is a career musician, therefore may not have time for emails often. Time and patience will tell.

This is one of only three known shows recorded from the 2112 tour (four counting the official ATWAS live album, which was recorded on June 11, 12, and 13 of the 2112 tour).
Despite that, the succeeding ATWAS tour could also be considered the second leg of the 2112 tour.
The setlist here is fairly short due to Rush being an opening act for Bad Company during this performance.
Despite the full recording not yet being available, clips of Anthem and part of 2112 have been on YouTube since 2013.

Even though there is no download available, nor is the entire recording, I figured it worth moving this thread into public view at this point since I'm not sure how much progress will be made.
I will post updates here as they come, if they come. In the meantime, the YouTube clips above provide a small sampling of this concert: Anthem and the first two sections of 2112.

Even more importantly, this, and the recent COS show too, provides hope that undiscovered early recordings of Rush remain out there.

This one in particular I was unaware of because it's only available via these largely obscure YouTube videos, so not listed among circulating Rush tapes, but a buddy of mine brought it to my attention last August when discussing uncirculated recordings. Surprisingly these two videos have been up for 10 years and this is all we've ever seen uploaded. I've had no luck attempting to communicate with the uploader, having commented on both videos and emailed him at two different email addresses I could find. The same person who told me about this says he emailed the uploader five years ago and didn't ever receive a response.

He states the show was recorded by his uncle and that more songs were captured, if you read the video descriptions. I got the impression from his notes that the very beginning of Bastille Day was cut, but most of that song should've been recorded. So it goes without saying that Bastille Day, Anthem, Lakeside Park, and at least some of 2112 were captured. Since the video ends right after Temples of Syrinx, I'm sure more of the suite was captured, but what exists beyond that is up for speculation. There's no other tapes of non-headline 2112 tour gigs to compare to.

I was hoping to unveil the entire show here, but since the wait became clearly indefinite, I figured sharing this as-is, since most people don't know about it. I'm hoping with time I'll eventually hear back from the guy. I don't want him to be annoyed if he keeps being asked over time, because that likely won't help. From what I was able to gather, he's a professional touring drummer, so I imagine he just may be too busy to read and/or answer emails.

Also, yes, there are more uncirculated pre-AFTK Rush recordings out there. Not sure how many will actually get out, but I'm pretty confident on some.
I'm also sure plenty more exist that we don't yet know about that may turn up later on. It's good to remain optimistic, the Randhurst Arena tape should prove that anything is possible, and there is a strong network of good people with ears to the ground who pursue uncirculated tapes of many artists.

I'm from Pittsburgh and I go there monthly to visit my kids so if I can do anything "on the ground" let me know. I did not attend this Pittsburgh show (I was about 9 years old) but I've attended many Pittsburgh shows and would love to have a copy of this too.
