Notes:

  • This is the very first concert of the Vapor Trails tour.
  • This was Rush's first live performance in five years since the turn of events of 1997.
  • This audio recording is from a completely different audience source than the camera video.
  • While the audio recording is complete, the video is incomplete, missing the beginning of the concert which featured Tom Sawyer, Distant Early Warning, New World Man, Roll The Bones, and Earthshine. (*)

I wanted to make a quick note, that all the old SHN files that I'd been having linked here for both Hartford and Atlanta 2002 have now all been converted to FLAC, and otherwise all related files properly renamed with the actual song titles.

Now, following the recent completion of this same process with the entire Test For Echo tour, I'll be tackling the entire VT tour next and will make an effort to have all other 2002 recordings available on the site hopefully within the next couple months. With my 18+ month long side-project digitizing/preparing/sharing non-Rush soundboard tapes now winding down for good, I'm finding time and motivation to again start cranking out work on these remaining Rush tours. A handful of people have occasionally contacted me about 21st century Rush recordings, and I truly apologize for the wait. It's been a monumental task to rigidly sort through the messes with these old bootlegs. I'm hoping 2026 gets us much closer to that completion goal. There will also soon be new recordings on the horizon, not limited to the upcoming tour.

I'd be happy to help with the conversion!
