• May 2023 Update: Many apoligies for the extended period of inactivity, however many big changes for Rush Archives are now in progress. This should benefit everyone, and propel the site onward in the most realistic way possible. Thank you to those who have been supporting this project, and for being patient with the methods I've so far been operating. Further details will be coming soon.

Geddy seems like he is possibly tired during this performance, as he butchers the lyrics of Closer To The Heart several times.

So, this was my first ever Rush gig ( and second in total, having seen Queen a few months earlier(y)) Cannot believe there is actually a recording from this gig, but not complaining(y).
Although the quality of the recording is not top spec, it is still listenable for any avid Rush fan. Even though it's many years ago now, and I cannot remember much about the concert itself, apart from the lights on "Jacobs Ladder", which were brilliant, but its nice to know my first concert is there to listen too.
My biggest memory from this gig, is someone at the Queen's hall, had the bright idea of painting the floor of the hall, a couple of days before the gig in "RED PAINT".......
So you can imagine with a few thousand sweaty fans attending, after the show everyone had red trainers and jeans as they went home.......brilliant :ROFLMAO:
